If you’re in need of immediate assistance, Studytech’s Helpdesk staff can remotely access and control your computer using the software tools below.
Remote Assistance software on this page will give Studytech access to your computer only for as long as the software is running, and once you close the application, Studytech will have no ongoing access to your computer.
Depending on your organisation’s service agreement, Remote Assistance may incur a cost. Your Studytech Helpdesk representative will advise you of any costs when they direct you to this page.
Double-click the DMG file to mount the disk image. Double-click the app file to launch Remote Assistance.
