SMILE Plus is built on the Studytech Managed Operating Environment<\/a>. That means every Studytech SMILE Plus user gets their own secure file storage, including their own Desktop, Documents and Pictures folders and their own Internet Bookmarks or Favourites.<\/span><\/p>\n

Every time a user logs on, they see their own Desktop, their own files and their own settings – no matter which computer terminal they sit at.<\/span><\/p>\n

Your staff and students will quickly grow in confidence, as they return to the same, familiar environment every time they log in.<\/span><\/p>\n

Student accounts<\/a> are organised into classes or home groups which match the class structure your school already uses. Teachers can easily see and review the work of the students in their classes, straight from their own login.<\/span><\/p>\n

Students also have a space where they can share files<\/a> and collaborate with other students. This space also accessible to staff, who can moderate and review student shared work, or place files and resources for their students to use.<\/span><\/p>\n

Staff members can each have their own secure account<\/a>, as well as a shared space<\/a> only accessible by other staff members. Sensitive documents can be saved and shared safely, out of reach of students.<\/span><\/p>\n
